Every patient who opts to receive patient satisfaction surveys from the practice will receive by email a link to complete a short and focused survey.  Your comments and feedback regarding the services we’ve provided are invaluable and needed ensuring we are focused on making improvements, answering your questions and speedily addressing concerns.

PUBLIC FORUMS

What about Google, Yelp and other social media sites offering customer service feedback?  While Children’s Eye Physicians, Colorado Center for Eye Alignment and Colorado Family Eye Centers appreciate alternate forms of feedback/comments, Google and Yelp are not affiliated with practice such that reviewers can be validated by the practice and the public as actual patients/customers.  Additionally, healthcare providers are prohibited by Federal Patient Privacy laws governing our obligations to protect and guard our patients’ privacy.  Other than thanking the user for their comments and feedback, we won’t engage in a publicly available forum for discussion about comments users opt to place on the internet.

DEMANDFORCE

Children’s Eye Physicians utilizes a third party, DemandForce, for the purpose of transparently and objectively surveying all of its patients/families following their visits, requesting feedback about their clinical and administrative experience.  We ask questions about ease of scheduling, interaction with the clinical/administrative staff, billing/financial policies, and their interaction with the physician.  All of these questions are posed to our patients/families in a protected HIPAA compliant environment and most importantly are actual patients.

TRANSPARENCY

The practice values transparency.  Children’s Eye Physicians has opted to allow DemandForce to make available ALL patient reviews, not editing what the public sees and doesn’t see.  We do this so that the public can be assured the full picture describing our patients’ and their families’ opinions about their experience with Children’s Eye Physicians is transparently represented.
